- The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide the following services: Ensuring Substitute Traffic By A Sea Vessel, Between Blaye And Lamarque, By A Freighter, During The Technical Stoppage Of The Vessel "Sebastien Vauban" From 15/01 To 26/ 01/2024. Also, During This Period Of Unavailability, A Traffic DSubstitution by sea vessel will be implemented from 15/01 to 26/01/2024 by calling on a freighter to ensure the continuity of the trans-estuary transport service between Blaye and Lamarque. However, it will be possible, if the technical shutdown is delayed, that additional requests forCrossings Take Place Per 24-Hour Period Or Per Rotation, Until 02/11/2024 Included. The Maximum Amount Is 60,000 Excl.
