- The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of services for the management of Employment Checks Universal Service (CESU) pre-funded ' Personal services ' for the benefit of agents of social ministries and the INTEFP. It includes the following services: - the realization of CESUs and additional services provided for in the CCTP (explanatory and informative poster, descriptive and informative, "step by step" for beneficiaries, questions); - shipping for sending a CESU book (on paper) by simple mail to the beneficiary's home; - the realization of communication media controlled and delivered to the various services.
