Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to buy foodstuffs (grocery stores, bof, fresh products, frozen products, fruits and vegetables and culinary aids) and the computer management of these supplies for the central kitchen of Carcassonne.

The framework agreement, without minimum but with a maximum of 5,000,000 euros excluding tax, will be concluded for a period of 3 years renewable only once for the same duration. This amount will be identical for the possible renewal period.
The purchase of foodstuffs via the computer toolmanagement must be operational no later than October 31, 2025.
Central kitchen: supply of foodstuffs and supply management
The duration of the contract (3 years) includes the duration of the deployment of the solution to which the accommodation and maintenance of the solution is addedsoftware.
The execution of services begins from the date of notification of the contract.
The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of unit prices whose label is given:
- in the unit price slip for the software being specifiedthat in case of new needs, the new services made necessary will be integrated into this framework agreement after production of an additional price slip ratified by the parties;
- in the software of the market holder for foodstuffs.
