Description:
This notice aims to establish a framework agreement, at orders, mono awarded with a minimum amount of € 7,000,000 and with a maximum amount of € 10,000,000.
The framework agreement concerns the purchase of the price of study, realization and testing in the technical field of automation automationDriving on the RER and metro of the RATP.
The services are carried out mainly in the premises of the holder in the form of work units through a service center. They support the project management ensured by the RATP- infrastructure of the RATP.
Profits requested will be carried out by day for the majority with the possibility of providing night, weekend or holiday services punctually.

The projects concerned relate to the modernization or development of the RATP network.
In addition, the candidate is required toConflict of interest, real or potential, which could arise within the framework of the execution of the market, in particular in the event of simultaneous participation or prior to missions likely to influence the neutrality, impartiality or independence expected in the accomplishment ofservices subject to this market.
The candidate will have to indicate, in his candidacy, if he considers that such a conflict of interest is likely to exist, by providing information useful to his assessment by the RATP.
