Description:
the performance by the holder of a provision of molecular and cellular neurobiology services with the objective of:Producing cultures of neuronal cell lines (for example N2A) and primary cultures of mouse neurons. In some cases brain tissuemouse can be used. Express in these cells by transfection or transduction different types of DNA constructs coding for receptors, biosensors, or other molecules of interest. Stimulate cells by different means including the nanoparticles studied andothers for comparison.Study the expression levels of introduced proteins and their effects in the basal state and their response to stimuli. The parameters measured will include biochemical studies (e.g. immunoblot), cellular imaging (fluorescence microscopy, co-microscopy).nfocal or multiphoton, FRET measurements, etc.). Analyze the results with appropriate techniques, including quantification and statistics, and write reports, reports and components of scientific publications related to the project.
