Description:
IT services contract relating to the pgi xrp ultimate cegid, ("the application"), and having for purpose the execution of services: - either corrective TMA not incorporated by the publisher in its maintenance contract ("Tma- 1 "), - either aimed at improving/developing the application("Developments"): * on the one hand, through "small" developments, * on the other hand, significantly through "Projects". - Either "punctual"; functional and technical measures likely to strengthen the autonomy of the contracting authority's internal teams ("one-off services"). The contrat also includes the reversibility of services, aiming to guarantee continuity of service, by ensuring the transmission of knowledge to a buyer and/or to the internal teams of the contracting authority. The technical description of the services appears in the CCTP and its annexes. The terms of execution of this contract are set out in the Administrative Clauses
