- The purpose of this consultation is to carry out catering services intended to meet the needs linked to the functioning of the University of Picardy Jules Verne.
These benefits are requested within the framework of official events organized by the University, such as Congress, conferences, institutional receptions or reception of partners. They are intended for people duly authorized or invited by the establishment. The number of guests is very variable, ranging from ten to several hundred participants.
The framework agreement will be executed by The emission of purchase orders (lots 1 to 8) and lot 9 is devolved to subsequent markets and will be allocated to 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The framework agreement with maximum has entered into application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code Lots 1 to 8: The services are paid by unit prices for lot 9, the price offer submitted by the candidate is an indicative offer. This will be specified or supplemented when the subsequent markets.
