Description:
On the occasion of the events organized by the Region on the Loire territory or during events of which the region is a partner, the region can offer catering services to its guests/guests/partners. These services can take different forms: breakfasts,Welcome and coffee breaks, cocktails, meal trays, sandwich bags Catering services can be organized outdoors or interior, in very diverse places such as holiday rooms, high schools, stations. The holder must therefore anticipate and adapt to the constraints of the place(no catering office, no refrigerator). The framework agreement is the subject of an allotment:
-Lot 1 Catering services for the Department of Loire-Atlantique
-Lot 2 Catering services for the Department of Maine-et-Loire
-Lot 3 Caterer services for the Mayenne department
-Lot 4 Catering services for the Sarthe department
The framework agreement takes effect from its date of notification to the holder. It is concluded for a duration of 12 months renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a new period of 12 months, without its duration being able to exceed 48month.
