Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide catering services including the supply of meal trays/boxes, sandwich-salad packages, cocktail services, cold or hot buffet services and breakfast and break-cafe for event events organized by CY Cergy Paris Universite.
The contract also covers themed catering services for the CY Break event taking place each year.
Themed caterer for the CY Break event
This lot has for the purpose of catering services totheme for CY Break. This is a staff event. The event takes place in July.
The holders must be able to respond to a request relating to themes changing each year.
Cold or hot buffets
This lot is intended to be used by guests, during the goldorganization of events, meals in the form of a cold or hot buffet. The service includes an entire menu with starters, main courses, desserts and drinks and service.
Cocktails
The purpose of this lot is to provide aperitif, lunch or dinner cocktails.
It is understood thatar cocktail any catering service, excluding breakfast and refreshments, for which no seating is provided for the guests. The cocktail is composed of appetizers or verrines and other dishes that guests can enjoy standing up.
