This consultation aims at market procurement, according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles L.2123-1 and R 2123-1 to r 2123-5 of the public procurement code, intended for catering services for the RTM group. This consultation is broken down into three(3) Lots designated as follows: lot n 1/service service catering for the greeting ceremony of the RTM group. Lot n 2/Traiter service service for the staff of the RTM group staff. Lot n 3/ service service catering with delivery (breakfast, reception coffee and snack) forThe interurban establishment in Aix en Provence in the RTM group. For the allocation of lot n 3, of the most advantageous economically offer, the RTM is based on the weighted criteria as follows: 1/ the prices (50%), analyzed given the amount resulting from the estimated estimated estimateDetailed (DDED), appendix 1 to the consultation regulations (RC), whose unit prices come from the unit price slip (BPU), annex 1 of the act of engagement (AE). 2/ The technical value (50%), appreciated according to the technical thesis submitted by the candidates for supporting their offer andelements the constituent.
