Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement aims to benefit from caterers for various events organized by the services of the city of pavilions-sous-bois, in particular for lunches, dinners, buffets, cocktails, meal trays, salad & sandwiches, breakfasts, coffee breaksand snack. The market also relates to the supply of drinks. Certain receptions require personnel to provide service, preparation as well as the supply of dishes. It is divided into 3 lots. The mono-attribute framework agreement is established in accordance with the provisions of the articlesR. 21621 to R. 21626 and R. 216213 to R. 216214 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without annual minimum and with an annual maximum such that this amount is in the description specific to each lot. The details of the services are specified in the administrative clause notebookParticular (CCAP), the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and in the unit price slip (BPU) specific to each lot.
