For its communication, the Grand Est region is increasingly offering digital meetings in live streaming (broadcast of live video stream) or deferred taking up the codes of TV emissions. These emissions / events will either be broadcast on networks Social from the region or on a web page or a responsive platform dedicated to the event. The present market is thus the purpose of the organization and realization of digital and/or hybrid events using virtual or augmented and augmented reality and Can allow an interaction with the spectators. Services are broken down into 4 separate lots as presented below. The validity duration of this market is 12 months from its notification to the holder.
