Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. This framework agreement, made up of 2 geographical sectors, mainly concerns the following work carried out in the area public or private: Drinking water: - extension, reinforcement, rehabilitation or renewal of network from DN60 to 700 mm including creation or resumption of connections and ancillary works and equipment. Wastewater and rainwater sanitation: - Extension, reinforcement, rehabilitation and network renewal DN 60 to 1200 mm including creation and recovery of connections, grids, drains, works and ancillary equipment CAPI reserves the right not to use this framework agreement and to launch consultations for routine work operations or requiring a particular technique for amounts of work greater than 300,000 euro(s) excluding tax in the case of water or sanitation works and 400,000 euro(s) excluding tax in the case of water and sanitation works sanitation
