- The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out various environmental studies and ancillary services for the needs of the GPMNSN. Concretely, it concerns different types of environmental studies (e.g. air quality study, noise study, wildlife/animal inventories). flora/habitats, quality ofsediments, etc.) and regulatory (impact study, environmental authorization file, declaration, etc.) to meet the needs of the GPMNSN. Place of execution: Circumscription of the Grand Port Maritime de Nantes Saint Nazaire. This agreement- framework establishes the overall framework for the execution ofservices. The performance of the services is subject to the award of subsequent contracts as the buyer's needs are identified. The subsequent contracts will specify all the clauses necessary for the execution of the services which would not have been defined inthe constituent documents of the framework agreement.
