• In 2003, the Hlm Movement embarked on a dynamic of measuring service quality through a three-year satisfaction survey system. The initial objective was to assess the level of tenant satisfaction with the service provided by the lessor (perceived quality). This commitment from the professional sector has led to a very strong mobilization of organizations for almost 20 years. Over time, organizations have deployed this survey, in addition to other types of surveys more targeted or thematic, often integrated into their day-to-day management tools. Measuring tenant satisfaction with the service provided always represents an essential issue for organizations; this survey allows the identification of major trends and sharing between organizations, and remains the basis for important actions, individual or collective, sometimes carried out inter-donor.
