The objective of this study will be to provide Tours Metropole Val de Loire to Tours:- an objectivization of data on the situation of the territory, the recruitment tension sectors, the needs of Bac-2 to Bac+5 training and the need for engineering level training;- Demonstrate the opportunityimplantation of one or more engineering schools in addition to the existing and mentioning the training that will have to be deployed;- demonstrate the need to create new bac-2 to bac+5 training allowing both to respond to regional and metropolitan strategic axes andto fill the training courses in metropolitan territory;- propose elements of decision-making aid, precise and supported to envisage the establishment of new schools and financing solutions;- Study the legal and financial conditions to create a universitytechnology based on an existing establishment.
