Description:
The purpose of this advertisement is the renovation of a building of 6 housing units on 2 levels (R 1/R 2) and a commercial ground floor.
This consultation is carried out according to a procedure adapted in application of the articles R.2123-1, R.2122-8 and R.2131-13 of the public procurement code.
Conforin accordance with article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, the contract comprises 16 distinct lots defined below.
Lots 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 whose estimate does not exceed 100 000 euro(s) excluding tax are passed without advertising or competitive bidding in application of article 6 of decree n2022-1683 of December 28, 2022 carrying various modifications to the public procurement code.
In accordance with b 2 of article R2123-1 of the public procurement code, the cumulative amount of these lots does not exceed 20% of the value estimated total of all lots, i.e. 233,400 euro(s) excluding tax following the estimateabove
