Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out periodic inspections of DGA Flight Tests' Dauphin helicopters.
It will include the following services:
- the carrying out of periodic inspections (VP) as defined in the aircraft maintenance plan ( PEA);
-the joint performance of servicesspecified in the consultation file, including operations limited to Safran Helicopter Engines "level one" on the engines;
-the joint performance of non-recurring services on the price table;
-the joint performance of exceptional services.
It does not takenot taken into account:
- NTI3 maintenance services on airframe OAEs;
- NTI2 and NTI3 maintenance services for engines and their OAEs.
This draft framework agreement is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
In application of articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the public procurement code , this is a framework agreement with subsequent contracts.
