- carrying out occasional noise measurements as part of monitoring the Environmental Noise Prevention Plan (PPBE) of departmental road infrastructures in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department. This plan, adopted on September 19, 2025 for five years, i.e. until 2030. The objectives of carrying out these one-off road noise measurements are: * to ensure annual monitoring of our PPBE by: - deepening our knowledge of noise levels in the sectors at stake in our PPBE; - evaluating changes in noise levels and therefore impacted populations following the noise reduction actions carried out. * to check and control noise levels in areas of complaints from local residents. * to determine and control the noise levels of sections of roads subject to development works.
