- carrying out monitoring and investigation assistance missions in the context of clinical research: The multi-awardee Framework Agreement (3 economic operators maximum subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers) will be concluded under a mixed form, running, on the one hand, par the issuance of purchase orders (using a so-called 'cascading' method) and, on the other hand, by the conclusion of subsequent contracts after submission of the competition from the holders. The Framework Agreement will be established with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum amount of 2,500,000 euros (excl. VAT).
