• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is to provide expert surveyor and topographical surveyor services on the entire heritage of Issy-les-Moulineaux. The precise content of the services is explained in the Specifications of Special Clauses. Batch 1: Services which have a legal and land nature and which fall within the competence of an expert surveyor Lot 1 concerns services which have a legal and property nature and which fall within the competence of a expert surveyor. This contract is awarded in the form of an open call for tenders procedure in application of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 and R.2161-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The lot is a single-award framework agreement with vouchers order, on the basis of unit and fixed prices in application of articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code. They are concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 35,000 Euros excluding tax per period of 2 years. The market will take effect from its date of notification for a period of two (2) years, renewable once (1) by tacit renewal, for the same period, i.e. a maximum period of four (4) years.
