Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 6 economic operators, subject to a number sufficient number of offers whose score on the technical value criterion is greater than 35/60. Any offer obtaining a score lower than 35 out of 60 will be eliminated. Only candidates having obtained a final score of technical value greater than or equal to 704035/10060 will be retained as holders. This provision aims to guarantee a sufficient level of quality of the services expected under the framework agreement.
