- the purpose of the consultation is to set up an innovative solution for connecting users in the context of short-distance carpooling trips, mainly home-work in the territorial jurisdiction of Tisseo (108 municipalities, 4 inter-municipalities -Toulouse Metropolis, Sicoval, Muretain Agglo, Syndicat Intercommunal de Transports Publics de la Region Toulousaine-), an area of 1,115 km2 with more than one million inhabitants. initial period of 2 years and renewable twice per periodone year odes. The unit price part executed outside the package is subject to a maximum threshold. Maximum threshold of the part not included in the package over the initial period: 200,000 euros (excl. tax).; maximum threshold of the non-package part over each renewal period: 100,000 euros (excl. tax).
