Description:
The purpose of this market is to set up a user connection solution in the context of short distance carpool trips, mainly home-work on the territorial jurisdiction made up of 114 municipalities grouped within 5 inter-municipalities (Toulouse Metropole, Sicoval, Muretain Agglo, Grand West Toulouse, Coteaux Bellevue) covering an area 1198 km2 and a living area of almost 1.1 million inhabitants. The 2024 encrypted data is given as an indication in the DCE (User Community, NB of journeys, NB of companies).
Mixed market (a lump sum share and a share at a unit price) concluded for an initial period of 4 years from the date of notification, renewable 2 times by periods of one year. The solution to the solution must be effective on 07/16/2026. The part at a unit price carried out outside the package is subject to a maximum threshold. Maximum threshold of the part excluding package on the initial period: 1,097,000 euros H.T.; Over the first renewal period: 384,000 Euro (s) H.T., over the second renewal period: 422,000 euros H.T
