Description:
the consultation relates to guarding and assistance missions for the two autonomy residences of the Communal Center for Social Action in order to preserve a level of service provided to users of quality and in accordance with the requirements of the Multiannual Contract of Objectives and Means concluded between the C.C.A.S and the Departmental Council of Pas-De-Calais.
The two autonomy residences "Maurice Chevalier" and "Marcel Pagnol" are located respectively at 103 and 143 allee des Lauriers Blancs in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (62520), and have a capacity of 22 residents for Maurice Chevalier and de 52 residents for Marcel Pagnol.
The duration of the market is fixed at 12 months as from the date indicated during the notification, renewable by tacit agreement from year to year without the total duration not exceeding 3 years.
The visit of the places is obligatory and will give place of deliverancee of a certificate which must be attached to the offer under penalty of rejection.
