Description:
The municipality of Carcassonne uses private security companies to ensure the security of certain public places or the organization and running of various events.
The consultation has two lots:
Lot 01. Guarding and surveillance of sites around event events and parking lots;
Lot 02. Show security: sites, artists and public.
To enable candidates to know the extent of the needs to be met, the price list for each lot indicates the sites and events which require the use of the services of private security companies as well as than the hours worked by their agents in 2024.
They will be concluded for a period of 4 years from March 1, 2026.
The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement for lot 01 is defined as follows:
Minimum amount 100,000 Euros excluding tax - Maximum amount 800,000 Euros excluding tax
The performance of the services will be carried out by security agents, dog handlers or SSIAPs to ensure surveillance of the various sites (closed or open) on the dates and locations. indicated in the order forms. These are essentially the places indicated in the BPU-DQE, but other places may be covered.
