The services are paid by a fixed price.
The Manege convention center building is currently undergoing energy renovation work as well as bringing fire safety equipment up to standard. As part of this work, it was initially planned to install chassis roof smoke extraction.
However, according to an expertise carried out on July 17, 2025, it turns out that the cover presents significant pathologies and was not installed in accordance with the DTU. It is necessary to completely replace the existing copper roofing before integration smoke extraction frames.
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the following work:
-Removal of existing roofing
-Implementation of smoke extraction frames
-Supply and installation of an access frame and a crinoline ladder
-Creation of a copper joint cover standing, including undercover
