Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the upkeep and maintenance of roofs, roofs and fall protection devices in municipal buildings in Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
- Upkeep and maintenance of roofs and covers
- Upkeep, maintenance and control of anti-fall safety devices
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
The framework agreement is established:
- In the form of a market fixed prices for the annual maintenance of all the covers and fall arrest devices mentioned in the DPGF of each lot.
- In the form of a purchase order contract with a maximum annual amount, awarded in accordance with articles L.2125-1 1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of Public order code, for small works and services to be carried out following maintenance and audit (BPU price): €40,000 excluding tax/year for lot NO 01 and €15,000 excluding tax/year for lot NO02.
The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 3 years, the contract will automatically end on 03/30/2029.
