Description:
Tenders are invited for Capitalization study of the BIODEV2030 project - WWF France. Study carried out remotely Budget max 10,000 Euros including VAT to study the management of the project between WWF-France and the 8 implementing countries. Final results expected no later than March 24, 2023. Qualifications: National design office or group of consultants, research center with the following profiles: - capitalization skills - international project management skills - skills in international relations and familiarity with the context of the countries of intervention (developing countries) and networks of actors involved (NGOs) Skills related to the contract: - Be able to conduct an independent evaluation with a clear understanding of the objectives and the process of carrying out the evaluation work requested; - Proven ability to identify good practices and provide analytical advice and propose relevant recommendations; - Proven experience in capitalization at the end of the project and on projects with similar dimensions (in terms of financial, human resources, etc.). - Ability to conduct interviews and lead meetings; - Demonstrate very good communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to prepare quality reports; - Be free of any commitment during the consultation period.
