this project management assistance contract is intended to support the City of Toulon for the renewal and monitoring of the contract for the operation of the City's thermal installations, consisting of a single lot, the effective date of which is set for July 15, 2024. The purpose of the assignment isf to:- update the scope of intervention of the next heating operation contract,- update the various services requested from operators the envisaged scope of the contract includes 145 sites including not only heating equipment, but also the others equipmentnts that can participate in the thermal balance of buildings: air conditioning systems, aeraulic systems, dehumidification, domestic hot water installations as well as solar thermal production (nautical stadium).
