Description:
The work, the subject of this framework agreement, relates to the completion of development work on the sports grounds of the city of Toulon as part of the restoration of the existing and the creation of new sports developments. This market has increased according to the form of a framework agreementMulti attributors in accordance with article R.2162-3 of the public procurement code.
- It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders concerning the following work: for all the development work of the sports grounds, regardless of the area of the land (except for workarrangements of sports grounds with creation or repair of natural or synthetic lawn, the surface of which is greater than or equal to 4000 m2).Place at the conclusion of ordinary subsequent markets concerning the following work: for the development work of sports land with creation or repair of natural or synthetic lawn, the surface of which is greater than or equal to 4000 m2. The allocation of the latter is presentedin the CCAP-AC and is subject to a competition. This is that classified first within the framework of the procedure for consulting the framework agreement.
