• Description:
• The framework agreement with purchase orders for the development of soil and soil pollution diagnostics and strategic support and technical expertise for polluted sites and soils is allocated in 3 lots. It will be concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of notification and tacitly renewable 3 times per period of 1 year, i.e. 4 years maximum. The total maximum amount of the framework agreement over its entire duration is 2,300,000 Euros excluding tax. Diagnoses and in-depth studies of soil pollution and soil emissions The mission aims to establish the history of the site concerned and its vulnerability, to identify the nature and quantity of pollutants present, with interpretation of the analysis results and formulation of recommendations, to analyze the compatibility of the site with the current or planned uses with regard to health issues, and to propose management measures adapted to the operation to treat or possibly control pollution. The framework agreement is for purchase orders, single-award with no minimum and with a annual maximum of 250,000 Euros excluding tax. It is concluded for a period of one year, renewable 3 times.
