• Description:
• This call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of electricity production installations located in mainland mainland France which use mechanical energy from the wind. By virtue of 2º of article L. 311-12 of the code of energy, the successful candidates designated by the Minister responsible for energy benefit from a contract for additional remuneration for the electricity produced, established in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms specified in the specifications. Call for tenders for the construction and operation of installations for producing electricity from mechanical wind energy, located on land Eligible for the call for tenders are: Installations not eligible for a purchase contract taken pursuant to a decree mentioned in article R. 314-12 of the energy code.
