Digital Africa supports African Tech Startups in Early Stage (pre-built and priming) with a platform designed to meet their specific needs. One of the major challenges that these startups face is the recruitment of talents. Sweet, recruit and retain profilesQualified, whether juniors or seniors, represents a crucial issue for their growth and sustainability.
Digital Africa regularly receives requests for startups from his portfolio seeking to recruit African majority, mainly in digital trades(developers, data scientists, designers, etc.), and in rare cases, for key roles such as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or COO (Chief Operating Officer).
To meet these needs, Digital Africa therefore calls on expertise and/or freelancers specialized inRecruitment of tech profiles, HR processes and startup ecosystems, capable of providing tailor -made support for these startups. Digital Africa invests and supports startups in 18 priority countries: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Morocco, Mozambique,Uganda, DRC, Rwanda, Senegal, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Thus, selected experts will be French -speaking, English -speaking and/or lusophone.
