- Description:
- 1. REASONS FOR THE CALL FOR PROJECT
General context
SIVAP owns two deep boreholes located in:
- The commune of Bellegarde-en-Forez: "Veange 2 borehole";
- The commune of Saint-Andre-le-Puy: "Grangeon drilling".
SIVAP was authorized to use these drillings by the authoritiesprefectural summers 2008-214 and 214-087
for the production of drinking water.
Presentation of the boreholes
The technical characteristics of the boreholes subject to the valorization are indicated in the appendix
which can be requested from the SIVAP.
The DUP decrees currently in force authorize:
- Forage of Veange 2 for 30 m3/h or 600 m3/J max;
- Grangeon drilling for 15.4 m3/h.
A qualification pumping for use in mineral water for a period of one year took place between June 20, 2021 and June 24, 2022.
The drillings were operated 24 hours a day during this period.
Theproduction capacity was estimated on average at 8.5 m3/h for the Grangeon drilling
and 15.4 m3/h for that of Veange 2.
This exploitation would allow, a priori and over the duration of the study , to consider stabilization
of water levels.
No responsibility of SIVAP, or any other personreplacing it, cannot be undertaken if the exploitation of the boreholes ultimately does not allow exploitation of the water into natural mineral water or if the quality or yield of these boreholes proves to be unsatisfactory.
