- The purpose of this procedure is to choose an operator with whom a contract will be concluded whose purpose will be the provision of spaces authorizing the occupation of a set of surfaces and equipment located in the public maritime domain of the Gpmm, at the right from berth 24 and contiguous to hangar 14 in the "g" mole sector, for an activity of handling solid bulk food goods. The project leader will manage all operations necessary for its activity; will build the facilities, equipment and tools necessary for the maintenance and development ofe its activity according to the principles of distribution of investments provided for in the Dce; will maintain the facilities, equipment and tools according to the distribution principle provided for in the Dce; will ensure the responsibility of the operator with regard to all the texts in force and it will carry out under sis responsible for all management operations of the spaces and equipment made available
