Description:
The Escota company, as a state dealer, wishes to make available carpooling car parks located in the town of Auriol (1,3007), Muy (83490), Adrets (83,600) and Sollies Pont (83210), with a view to the development of photovoltaic shades (lot 1) and IRVE stations (LOT2).
These car parks are to be built under the project management of Escota the photovoltaic umbridge projects and the IRVE stations, as well as their connection, will integrate into the schedule of each project. The start of parking sites are planned respectively:
-Auriol: Starting at T1 2026 and entry into service expected at T3 2026.
- Le Muy: start at T4 2025 and commissioning expected at T2 2026
- Adrets: Starting at T1 2026 and commissioning expected at T3 2026
- Sollies-Pont: Starting at T1 2026 and entry into service expected at T3 2026
The operatorscan respond to all or part of the prizes offered (lot 1 and 2). The client reserves the ability to adapt its program according to the maturity of the projects
The land will be made available within the framework of a temporary occupation title, issued in a precarious and revocable basis, whichNot the creation of real rights for the benefit of the occupant.
