Description:
The Municipality of Villiers-sur-Marne is considering the creation of a sports infrastructure complementary to the existing offer, located near the city stadiums, avenue Montrichard. The purpose of this procedure is to make the municipal public domain available for the design, financing, development and operation of a sports infrastructure dedicated to a complementary sports infrastructure (padel). In accordance with article L. 2122-1-4 of the General Code of Property of Public Persons (CG3P), the City is proceeding with this call for expressions of interest for the occupation of its public domain by granting a long-term administrative lease (BEA), on the land described in article 4, with a view to the construction of this sports infrastructure. At the end of the procedure, and after analysis of the applications on the basis of the criteria set out in article 9, the City may conclude with the successful candidate an administrative emphyteutic lease for a period of 50 years, upon payment of a fee annual.
