The Grand Est Region is engaged in a process of competitive bidding for rail services, within the framework of the Railway Pact law of June 27, 2018. In this context, the SPL wishes to outsource the maintenance of Repairable Parts of railway rolling stock (PRM). This would involve carrying out the maintenance, supply and management of repairable parts of equipment in cooperation with railway operators for 125 regional AGCs, in particular. An initial stock of parts would be made available as part of the envisaged contract, the contract service provider could be required to supplement this stock as part of parts management. He would be responsible for maintenance on these parts, storage and delivery to the railway operators' sites.
This is in order to strengthen its mastery of the major challenge that constitutes PRMs in terms of maintenance and durability of its equipment.
The deadline for participation in the AMI is December 15, 2025 at 12 p.m.
