Description:
The Grand Est Region (the Region) is the organizing authority for passenger rail transport of regional interest on its territory and is, as such, responsible for the organization of public passenger rail transport services.
In the framework of the Railway Pact law of June 27, 2018, it has engaged in a process of bringing rail services into competition with the aim of improving the quantity and quality of the service offered, containing the increase in costs and bringing it back to the level common to all service activities. .
In this context, the Region has goldes and have already launched the advertising and competitive bidding procedures for 4 lots.
The Etoile de Reims lot is the fifth lot open to competition.
The purpose of this sourcing-type call for expressions of interest (AMI) is to to allow the Grand Est Region to know more precisely the encontractual and financial issues of economic operators, and to discuss with them the needs of the sector and questions relating to the management and operation of the Etoile de Reims lot.
