Description:
Call for expressions of interest for the occupation of the public domain on the Grandes Brosses site in METTRAY. The objective for the project leader will be to develop: the installation, operation and maintenance of an acrobatic course in the countryside, at height and suitable for all ages with different treetop courses and levels. This is not the award of a public contract, but the provision of a property within the framework of an agreement to occupy the area, as defined by the provisions of articles L.2122-1 et seq. of the general code of property of public entities. The offer must consist of the documents and information listed in article 5.2 of the consultation regulations. The judging criteria are provided for in article 5.3 of the same document. A MANDATORY VISIT IS TO BE CARRIED OUT UNDER THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CONSULTATION REGULATIONS.
