Description:
The call for expressions of interest relates to the identification and pre-selection of private co-investor partners to invest with the Martinican co-investment fund (hereinafter the "Co-investment Fund") in the capital of the target SMEs. within the framework of the Fund of Funds Jeremia. These partners will enter into a partnership agreement with the Co-investment Fund, in accordance with the General Block Exemption Regime n651/2014.
It is in a spirit of active collaboration and openness to a wide typology of investors with majority private capitals, that the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique publishes this AMI in order to label its future Partner Investors.
The CTM thus carried out two ex ante assessments, each of which demonstrated the existence of market failures and non-optimal investment situations. In the lightFirst of these assessments and in particular of the ex ante assessment of February 11, 2022, it was decided to create a so-called Jeremie fund of funds (hereinafter, the "FdF Jeremie") and to develop several areas of financial instruments under underlying the FdF Jeremie (hereinafter, the "Financial Instruments"), and nin particular private equity instruments consisting of SAS and a Martinican co-investment fund (hereinafter the "Co-investment fund").
