Description:
The consultation is open to promoters with a view to the layout under the regime of the lease for the construction of a tenure of 28,258 m2, in 9 phases of approximately 3,000 m2 on the ZAC du Technoparc de Collonges for the realization of a program of craft activity premises. A sought after aPromoter/investor capable of designing, carrying out and delivering the Village d'Artisans program. A jury will audition the candidates carrying a project that meets this specifications. The provision of land will be made through a construction lease over a minimum of 35 years. THEClauses of this lease will incorporate a possibility, during the lease, to extend this lease for a period to be defined. From the choice of a candidate, a promise of construction lease will be signed by the Agglomeration Community of the Pays de Gex. The selected operator will develop in consultation with theCommunity of agglomeration of the Pays de Gex its construction program and the building permit will be deposited after written validation of the Agglomeration Community of the Pays de Gex. The signature of the lease will take place before starting theworks.
