- The purpose of this procedure is to select the self-service rental operators of electric scooters, mechanical and/or electric bikes and electric scooters, authorized to occupy the public domain on parking spaces. Bordeaux Metropole is charged byCommunes, as an organizing authority for mobility, to ensure the management of the procedure for manifestation of interest, the coordination of stakeholders, the deployment of fleets until the deadline of occupation securities and then subsequently monitoring operators. ThisPrerequisite for candidates will then allow them to obtain temporary occupation authorizations from the public domain from municipalities to deploy the fleet of self-service vehicles without a home resort in the public domain and subject to the field of occupation of the domainpublic
