Description:
The purpose of this Call for Manifestation of Interest (AMI) of the Sourcing type is to allow the Grande Est region to know more precisely the contractual and financial issues of economic operators, and to discuss the acquisition of regional reversible train (RRR).
Replacement of Regional reversible trains (RRR) and BB22200 locomotives associated, circulating in the Grand Est region, is envisaged for the start of the 2030 annual service (i.e. mid-December 2029). The new rolling stock proposed must be manufactured, delivered, approved in France.
To date, the RRR park concerns 15 non -motorized usable passenger cars including 13 in turn and 2 reserve. The current composition is a BB22200 locomotive coupled with 3 RRR cars.
The new park can be made up of self -propelled trains or sets made up of a locomotive and towed vehicles.
THE lines are electrified. The new rolling stock must be able to be supplied with 25 kV - 50 Hz. However an electric/diesel bi -text solution can be appreciated by indicating the additional induced cost.
The new equipment will have to comply with the Tunnel category by complying with the regulations (EU) n 1303/2014 - Commission regulation of November 18, 2014 - STI Safety in rail tunnels as well as a load at a axle less than 20 tonnes. On the lines circulated, there are no works of fragile art.
