Call for demonstration of interest procedure outside the field of public procurement This consultation relates, within the framework of two lots, on the choice of the group (s) of operators/real estate investors to which buildings to be rehabilitated and building located in the municipality of Briancon will be(05100). The multisite perimeter of buildings which will be sold within the framework of the two lots of this consultation, includes: all or part of the buildings located within the enclosure of the three heads and, if necessary, the grip of their possible extension and parking spaces toArrange outside the enclosure (Lot 1), the Schappe factory, located below the fort, as well as the grip of the future parking park to be built near the factory (Lot 2). The sale of these buildings is intended for the realization of the construction program described inConsultation regulations and in the documents entitled "Development and rehabilitation program of the Fort des Trois Tetes" and "Preprogram of development and rehabilitation of the Schappe factory". Buildings must be adapted, temporarily and reversibly, the time ofOlympic and paralympic games of 2030, to allow the establishment of the Olympic and Paralympic village 2030.
