The purpose of this public call is to select the candidates admitted to present an offer during the consultation relating to the choice of a project manager for the development of the Red Stone Vallon. The project to enhance the green flow aims to:- create a real living space for the Marcyllois- create a pedestrian connection between the town center and the Lacroix Laval park- redevelop the tamina stream and the wetland - Organize the flows crossing the project
