Description:
The services consist in the management of the Paris Anim 'Beaujon center in the premises made available to the delegate by the City of Paris.
Pursuant to articles L.3120-1, L.3121-1, R.3126-8 and R.3126-9 of the public procurement code, the procedure will be the subject of a candidates phase and of an offer phase. After this candidacy phase, the consultation file will be sent to each of the tenderers whose candidacy has been deemed admissible by the Commission provided for in article L.1411-5 of the general code of local authorities.
