• Description:
• The study, expertise and testing activities of the DGA of the DGA are based on measurements carried out using a large number of sensors of different types, which are referred to as control, measurement and test equipment (ECME). For all the DIE centers, the number of these ECMEs is approximately 65,000. The nature of the ECMEs depends on the types of measurements to be carried out to verify the characteristics and performances of the products, components, hardware, software, systems or weapon subsystems to study, assess or test. These measurements concern several so-called metrological areas, listed below. The twelve areas listed are the most representative of the need in terms of volume: 1) Electricity Magnetism, Time Frequency (EM/TF); 2) Dimensional (DIM); 3) Force, Mass, Torque (FMC); 4) Pressure; 5) Accelerometer (ACC); 6) Temperature, hygrometry (Temp-hygro); 7) Gas flow, (D Gas); 8) Liquid flow (D Liq); 9) Acoustics (Acous); 10) Radio-photometry.
