Description:
The client performs within the framework of a continuous improvement program on its centers, numerous works, in particular upgrading to standards both on machine safety aspects and on infrastructure or buildings. He also has current construction/reconstruction projects Or to come. The subject of this framework agreement relates to the implementation of coordination missions in terms of safety and protection of workers' health (SPS), in accordance with the provisions of articles L4531-1 to L4532-18 and R4532-1 to R4532-98 of the Labor Code, in the various Centers of the Client, within the framework of works operations whose contracting authority provides project management. The services concern categories 1, 2 and 3 within the meaning of the labor code (law n 93-1418 of December 31, 1993). The holder is deemed to know all the provisions legislative and regulatory relating to the safety of the site and the health of workers who may apply to operations subject to the services.
